High Yield Associate (US Qualified) | 3–5 PQE | London – Fluency in French or Spanish essential

A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a talented U.S.-qualified High Yield Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a market-leading high yield practice, advising sponsors, investment banks, corporates and alternative capital providers on some of the most sophisticated cross-border financing transactions in the market. The team is consistently involved in complex international mandates spanning high-yield bond offerings, leveraged financings, liability management exercises and broader capital markets transactions.

Applicants should have strong U.S. high-yield experience gained at a leading international law firm.The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically excellent and enjoy working within lean, collaborative deal teams on fast-paced cross-border matters. Fluency in either French or Spanish is essential.
