An exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Property Litigation team within a leading regional law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters, acting for commercial and private clients across a variety of sectors

.Working as part of a specialist litigation team, you will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while contributing to complex and high-value disputes. Key Responsibiliti

• esManaging a caseload of property litigation matter
• s.Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, dilapidations and breaches of covenan
• t.Handling boundary, easement, restrictive covenant, trespass and nuisance dispute
• s.Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court pleading
• s.Assisting with court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiation
• s.Building and maintaining strong client relationship
• s.Supporting business development and networking activitie

• tsQualified Solicitor (England & Wales) at NQ level or abov
• e.Experience in property litigation, dispute resolution or civil litigation gained during trainin
• g.Strong drafting, communication and organisational skill
• s.Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approac
