Senior Integration Engineer – Advanced Propulsion\nOxfordshire, UK\n£Competitive + Equity + Bens\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Integration Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing next-generation microturbine propulsion systems.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of systems engineering, integration, testing, and customer-facing technical delivery within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n• Leading integration, commissioning, and test activities across internal and customer sites\n• Owning technical integration documentation including ICDs, installation manuals, commissioning procedures, and operational documentation\n• Supporting customer integration activities from interface definition through to installation and operation\n• Coordinating on-site test campaigns, readiness reviews, execution, and reporting\n• Working closely with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure integration requirements are embedded across the product lifecycle\n• Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and operational feedback\n\nSuitable candidates will ideally have:\n• Experience integrating complex hardware systems within aerospace, propulsion, defence, automotive, or other high-performance engineering sectors\n• Strong technical documentation and configuration control experience\n• Experience leading commissioning, integration, or test campaigns\n• Excellent stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills\n• A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset\n\nThe opportunity offers exposure to cutting-edge propulsion technology, advanced manufacturing techniques, and significant ownership within a growing engineering environment.\n\nBased near Oxford, with travel to testing and customer facilities as required
